over 14 years as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young LLP in Denver with a focus on public companies and advising clients in making
merger and acquisition investment decisions. He is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants. Patrick is a 1992 cum laude graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration.
