Gerard Tan joined Keating Asia in 2007 and is responsible for due diligence and transaction execution. Prior to joining Keating Asia,
Gerard worked with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Singapore and China) for over 8 years, most recently serving as Manager in the Global
Offerings Services Group in Shanghai, China. Gerard has extensive experience in financial audits with a focus on US IPOs and
US listed companies. Gerard is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Certified
Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He speaks fluent Chinese and English.
