| Frank joined Keating in 2006 as an analyst. Previously, he was a loan manager in the Bank of Communications. He graduated in 2006 from the University of Konstanz, Germany with an M.A. in International Economics. Frank is a 2004 summa cum laude graduate of Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a B.A. in Journalism and a 2004 graduate of Wuhan University with a B.A. in Finance. Frank is a CFA Level III candidate. |
